VA Boston Healthcare System Generator Tank

Within 24 hours we had submitted a plan that was approved by the Boston Fire Department and delivered a 10,000-gallon aboveground storage tank (AST) with 110% secondary containment to the hospital. Due to the hospital staffs concerns about the installation interfering with service to patients, they requested the job be done after business hours. Eighty-five feet of steel supply and return lines were piped and welded on a Saturday from the emergency generator to the temporary rental tank, including a fill pipe with a spill bucket.
