Site Assessments
Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I & II ESAS (Environmental
Site Assessment)) are regularly requested by our clients when they
are taking into consideration buying, mortgaging, valuing, or selling
their property. CommTank works closely with owners or their
agents prior the purchase or sale of a property to assure that potential
environmental problems and considerations are well understood.
Indoor Air Quality Testing
We use a ground-up approach to perform Indoor Air Quality (IAQ)
Assessment for our customer. Targeted building components are inspected
for signs of water intrusion and mold growth. Any impacted areas
are defined and remedial recommendations made based on the type
of microbe and concentration present. We use a variety of microbial
bulk and air-sampling techniques based on the assessment result
to best quantify the potential microbes. Using this approach, we
are able to quickly and cost-effectively identify factors that can
impact overall air quality.
