Piantedosi Baking Company Third Party Inspection

The Third Party Inspector (TPI) verified that Piantedosi Baking Company possessed a license, registration form (FP-290), and permit to maintain an underground storage tank at that facility. The TPI inspected the UST system components for corrosion protection, overfill prevention, spill prevention, and release detection equipment in place. At the completion of the inspection CommTank sent a copy of the form to the fire department and the State Fire Marshall.
