Seaguard 5000 HS Epoxy

Product Description

SEAGUARD 5000 HS EPOXY is a high performance and high solids, polyamine cured epoxy that is designed to be used as a part of an anticorrosive system for marine applications, or as a lining system for fuel, brine, ballast and non-potable water tanks.

  • Complies with IMO Performance Standard for Protective Coatings SOLAS REGULATIONS II-1/3-2 and XII/6.3
  • Corrosion resistant
  • Outstanding adhesion
  • Qualified to MIL-PRF-24647 for underwater hull
  • Qualified to MIL-PRF-23236 for ballast tanks and fuel tanks

Recommended Uses

For use as a coating for:

  • Fuel, brine, ballast and non-potable water tanks
  • Underwater hull with appropriate antifouling paint
  • Interior or exterior marine applications
  • Immersion service
  • Acceptable for use with UHP / waterjetted substrates

Phenicon® HS

PHENICON HIGH SOLIDS is a VOC-compliant epoxy novolac phenolic coating formulated for use as an internal lining for tanks used to hold crude oil and most refined petroleum products including unleaded gasoline, MTBE, aromatic solvents, and most octane booster blending stocks. Also formulated for secondary containment uses.

  • Light Blue contains Opti-Check OAP pigment technology for rapid holiday detection with safe blue light inspection lamps.
  • Chemical Resistant
  • Low temperature hardener available for applications from 35°F (1.6°C) minimum to 80°F (27°C) maximum

Recommended Uses

  • Internal tank lining for most petroleum products such as: crude oil, unleaded gasoline, most aromatic solvents, motor fuels, alkalies, and brines.
  • Secondary containment.

Macropoxy® 646 Fast Cure Epoxy

Macropoxy 646 Fast Cure Epoxy is a high solids, high build, fast drying, polyamide epoxy designed to protect steel and concrete in industrial exposures. Ideal for maintenance painting and fabrication shop applications. The high solids content ensures adequate protection of sharp edges, corners, and welds. This product can be applied directly to marginally prepared steel surfaces.

Corothane I HS is a single component, moisture curing urethane designed for low temperature or high humidity applications while providing UV resistance and chemical resistance equivalent to two part urethane coatings.

Acrolon™ 218 HS Acrylic Polyurethane

Acrolon 218 HS is a polyester modified, aliphatic, acrylic polyurethane formulated specifically for in-shop applications. Also suitable for industrial applications. A fast drying, urethane that provides color and gloss retention for exterior exposure.

  • Can be used directly over organic zinc rich primers (epoxy zinc primer and moisture cure urethane zinc primer)
